This $10M is their planned settlements budget. Oracle not only plans for it...they anticipate it bc if their hostile work environment and the nature of their annual sales incentive comp plan legal wording. Oracle is a not a technology company it is a litigation machine.
Not all large companies set out to screw sales reps on commissions the way oracle does, in fact most of them don’t!
This is non-news. Do you really think this is unique to Oracle? Don’t kid yourself. All large companies have such a set-aside.
