Look. With all the known turmoil that exists within IBM, it doesn't give Customers and Prospects any "warm fuzzes" to continue/consider buying their products and services. IBM's future can be improved by getting rid of the BoD and Executive Management. It's a football team that needs to be torn down and totally rebuilt. There are MANY other organizations to invest in. IBM has been "The Dog of the S&P 500" for some time now ...

Because investors are finally catching on to all the BS going on within the company. You cant keep fudging the numbers forever.
