Many people have been saying this, albeit less verbosely: Broadcom would strengthen productive parts and get rid of unproductive parts of the company.
I would actually be happy about that, because I work in a productive part of the company, and I am sick of seeing our profits going into idiotic „strategic“ projects that have near-zero chance of going anywhere. That money should go to shareholders and into my salary. Period!
So much this, @RMsaWv0-duy. There is so much dead weight in Qualcomm that I'm shocked we haven't sank yet. If a third party comes in and cleans all that up, I'm all for it. I'll welcome them with open arms.
