Just found out, ar my club all overnight fresh departments were eliminated

Never heard of overnight fresh? Shoot we can't even staff day fresh!
Produce overnight seems ridiculous. The busier you are the more people you need during the day to restock stuff that runs out.
I can see need for overnight baker but only during busy holiday baking. And even then pumpkin pies have been made so much easier pre baked.
There were overnight baker, overnight decorator, overnight produce . Not every club hired for these positions if the need was not there. Now with the focus being on fresh , need to take care of the members and they shop during the day.
I don’t know my clubs numbers, they don’t tell us sales or anything.
Overnight produce? How much sales a week to do you have in produce.. like $120-150k?
We had an overnight produce, cake decorator, and a baker. All three positions were eliminated.
