Ammunition to terminate

After the member movement/graduations, will they likely use the fact that RIF'd HCM-RNs have no members to call as ammunition to terminate? What other ammunition will they likely create?

@RQS62v2-1akk. Just as they did in the last 4 RIF's? Be honest. How many impacted people do you know of who were fired after their WARN notice was given. You are either very badly informed or just stoking trouble. I can tell you haw many PHC's were fired in the last year while on a RIF. and you wouldn't need the fingers of one hand and they were not performance related.

While you shouldn’t worry too much, read the fine print. If you’re not working, making calls, responding to alerts, working in a reasonable manner... they will let you go. Watch what you say to members, continue to drink the Kool Aid until 3/9 because they can/and will terminate you if you’re not doing what they think you should be.

So, it is being suggested that even though we were part of the RIF, they may still try to terminate us? My coach is telling us not to worry about metrics and to focus on our resumes, CEUS, etc. And I have heard other coaches say the same thing, with some telling RIF associates to stop pulling new tasks. It continues to be very frustrating that different coaches are telling their teams different things. I don’t know what to believe anymore.

This is ridiculous....they are tightening the noose. They are planning to micromanage, audit, nitpick us every step of the way. You are foolish to think otherwise. If you have had any counseling in the past they plan to build on it as much as possible and terminate as many RIF associates as they can. Save that might dollar... that is Humanas agenda

Don't relax too much! I was told yesterday that I didn't meet my MPS minimum expectations last week and that if I didn't meet them next week I would have to have a formal coaching. I know, formal coaching for a week and a half left of work after you've laid me off?! But, that's really what my coach said. I've never had a formal coaching before. Guess there's a first time for everything, even if it is at the very end! Not trying to stir the pot or upset anyone, just being honest

Talk about stirring a pot. I still have members to call and they will be with me till the last day. No call audits or meetings, new process or education. Just relax and enjoy the ride.

Honestly I don’t think there’ s a big conspiracy theory here...we leave out Fri March 9th and all the member movement and remaining HCMs are moved and starting out that Monday after.

Good grief. I know it’s hard ..... but they aren’t going to terminate us because we have no members to call. There is plenty of work to do until then.

I just don’t think they are looking for reasons to terminate. I think we will be okay if we just do our best until we are released.

What the hell are you talking about? Ammunition? There are a sh-- load of members that will not have nurses. I'm sure there will continue to be plenty of work for all of us.
