I have heard rumors that Homes (spinco) is staying in Golden Valley. Does anyone know where Buildings employees are going?

FYI the Advance6 spin off did a deal for two years of rent for employees on both sides and are still using Honeywell Services under a contract. I would expect the two new spins to do the same for a while. But eventually the Spin employees on HON property will need to move out and Honeywell Employees on Spin property will need to move out. Or work at home as I bet the Spin Companies won't have the same stupid and ignorant rules Honeywell has

Something similar was done in Torrance when Turbo was relocated into the Aero site nearby. Maybe someone from Torrance can comment about what will happen as a result of spinoff but maybe nothing needs to be done except for accounting book stuff.
How about Buildings employees? I have heard they will stay and pay rent, or be relocated to Plymouth, Minneapolis (Stinson) or Atlanta.
Homes isnt staying in GV in any great numbers. It will be a regular site for homes not a hub or HQ.
