Coming out of CA's meeting today I felt anger. I also felt relieved as it felt that layoffs will be happening within weeks and not many months (like they did before) - the agony shell be short. But, the question to be asked is one about the management.
Someone on the management side, has to pay for a long series of strategic missteps and all peril Qualcomm, customers, vendors, shareholders and employees have to endure.
