The remaining CSS helpdesk analysts that were associates (not contractors) were informed yesterday 2/20/2018 that we are all being laid off (they are keeping a few to help finish training the off shore folks/TCS etc).
Some details that may help others:

60 days notice (mostly to help transition and finish up training the offshore TCS workers who took our careers)

2 weeks severance for every 1 full year worked

Career coaching/job displacement support (help trying to find job within Humana as well as help with updating resume, talent center etc).

Saw some posts about if salary or hourly is there severance? CSS went from from salary to hourly a couple years ago so we are currently being let go as hourly wage employee's and still getting some form of severance as mentioned above (which I'm grateful for hey it's something and buys more time - literally).

PTO balances will be paid out
This was all from HR in meeting have not seen the over night packet of info or "ink" on any of this yet. Hang in there all for every door that may close make another two open!
