I am taking my severance from a store that closed. So when I get paid out for my pto, is that all I get? I do not get my sick or personal pto right?

You will only get personal and sick if your state requires the company to do so.
It depends on which State you are employed in. Some States require employers to pay out personal and sick time upon termination of employment.
I wish! But nope... They love to find ways to screw us over.
Ok here is another question..... what if you had no pto left so none to pay out...then do you get your personal paid out?
