Thread regarding Humana Inc. layoffs

Hi, Ho, Hi, Ho It's Off to Humana I go until March 9th

Someone please shed some light....

I am hearing from various people for those of us that are RIF'd, yes, it is okay to need what we need to do during the day, i.e. job hunt, submit resumes, go on interviews, and/or take advantage of the internal & external career services offered by Humana. ... With that being said, some have also said that metrics do not matter at this time- Yet, others have said: Yes, metrics still do matter. ... And you must be taking PTO for any business during Humana work hours (other than career services offered).

Hope this makes sense.

Please no rumors, no opinions. I would like to hear from Coaches directly, please. Or someone with factual knowledge. Huh! Getting that at Humana seems to be a joke.

Thank you!!!!!

Every coach has different expectations. Best to see what yours is.

OP try asking YOUR Supervisor instead of random bitter people on a gossip site. Do you really think every single team has the exact same expectations and needs? Come on now, you know better or at least you should.

Until your release date you should be working your roster. If you need to attend a career navigation meeting, or time to do something to obtain a new role it probably should be communicated with your leader until your released date, but your members and roster need to be addressed until then as always.

Logic would tell me that if you have calls and alerts that are due, that is priority. I agree with poster in another thread that if you have PTO use a day or two for interviews, etc.

It seems to depend on the coach, your role, and how you’re managing your roster or work that still needs to be done
