Why so much anger? I'm no longer on the shop floor - I'm educated and experienced - and have bigger fish to fry. You're just mad that my view is better than that of Hairy Bob next to you.
I know a lot. I see a lot. Every day. Literally, no one cares about what happens to some some small shop in the UK. That's ok.
As far as my salary, well it just went up... and my bonus is pretty nice.

Oh yes , one 3.5 % in four years, while office get 10% bonus every year, even last year AFTER we were told we were closing, yip poor little office people, our hearts bleed.
