Takes a lot of skill to take the chicken, fish and frozen items out of the box. Then hey you need something from freezer. What do? You call one of the so called "idiots" from the floor.
I certainly won’t be volunteering my time to the fresh areas at the holidays anymore.
Meat cutters are skilled workers anyone can do what you morons do on the floor!!

Did every club give fresh more $$? I agree it is not right . We were always told 4 walls. For the person who said fresh is the focus and they have high expectations. Every area has high expectations.
What’s funny is the produce department is/was level 3 pay. Meaning it is lower pay than a technology Floor partner who does mother but zone at night and get people their photos lol.. yet produce is WAYpre work than a floor partner

You people have no idea what it is like to work in fresh. It is the Number one Priority other than Freindly member service. The standards and expectations are higher and higher to basically unrealistic levels.
They want to pull from other areas to constantly help out in fresh areas. The way I look at it now they on their own they make the cash. Time to step it up butter cup zone your own area.
They are correct they trying to divide the club. We’ve worked so hard to pull together as one team. I’m not going to help in these areas anymore, in my opinion they getting more $, but I don’t see any of them stepping up. It’s still the same lazy a-- people who will continue to do less.
