All I can say is holy sh-- what a mess. Even the full time club pickup associate managed to get out having to do them.

5!!!! We have one full time and one part time! How many $ you do a day in club pickup like 60k or something?
Yeah let’s let the Cos do it why not they try and push all the bs yo them anyway!
Service desk has to dispense and release merchandise. Members get upset sometimes because they have to wait in line at the desk. They need to have a better system.
We have 5 MOS. MSS fills in when needed but mostly to dispense orders. Floor partners don't do club pickup unless a manager is filling in and we need to catch up--at my club--but we have a pretty good management team.
Club pickup is part of Membership/front end. Membership team lead and Member Experience manager. COS should also help if needed. Clubs do run differently but OP doesn't make sense.
Ahh your club is mismanaged.. CP or cos should be checking out not floor partners
OP here. Front end and ft click and pull doesn't do the pickup desk when members come in. Only tech team does. Problem is there's barely any tech associates and now the members have to wait forever. Should be total club involvement in my eyes.

What do you mean? We have two associates that do they.. I guess it’s under the front end management? Club click up is the BIG priority push right now. So if it is not getting done at your club. Then expect people up to and including managers to get fired
