Same director in prior post was investigated for s-xual harrassment with multiple witnesses and was let off scot free
I saw a director, now avp, lie to regulators. Then told meIwas not allowed to contradict the lie with facts.
Told by upper management to not follow procedure guide or you would not be able to keep up. Not told which procedures to skip. Terminated. I found this outrageous and Unethical.
All ethical and up front until recent years.
I agree with last post. I have 14 years with the Farm and have never done nor witnessed anything illegal. That being said the recent layoff announcements (I'm not one of them....yet) are incredibly unethical.
Never one time saw anyone at the Farm tell anyone else to do something illegal or unethical. However with an organization the size of the Farm there are bound to be a few stupid or ignorant people.
