Being that he's a billionaire, paying 11M for a luxury condo is chump change. Saying that he's overpaying for it is like saying he's overpaying for his handmade Italian suits.
His way of saying thanks for the hard work bozos. If you continue to work hard I will be able to buy millenium falcon next!

Just remember this was 2014, that is almost 4 years ago. I am sure it has gone up in value! At least you can trust the other tenants in the 75% filled building. The taxes must be enormous. Wait a minute is all of this just something that is going on with Dell/EMC right now? I am so looking forward to massive losses which will be announced March 8th. In all last year Dell/EMC reported a loss of almost $4Billion EBITDA and that is not including Q4. Someone is going to have to bail out Dell/EMC, there is $11Billion sitting over at VMware, then you need to raise another $34Billion.
