Also, if you find yourself laid off, State Farm is paying a third party firm to help with resumes, interviewing skills, tips on job hunting, market analysis, etc. I'm working with them now and it's a good service. That and the six-months they are giving laid-off employees to prepare are the only things State Farm is doing right.
