Heard company will target to cut priciple and above. Too many priciple and managers/ directors with very low skills. They get promoted by helping each other. They created politics. Hope management will do right thing this time.

Agree they are useless, 80 % of those don’t have a clue why they became Principal, here are some examples: The label expert with no background in wireless but mechanical engineering, now principal, one more, this guy has no idea about wireless except he works for Kyocera in “quality”, very good to BS during core meetings. Those are the Principals for QC.......just a Joke
