Hey hub employees. Are the hubs done are they adding to the hubs? When will they be done? This may give us an idea when all of this will be over. Please let us know if they are buliding or adding more buildings and when they are expected to be done and what hub??? Thanks.

Reorg? I have watched every new leader reorg for decades. Expect the beatings to continue until morale improves.

@RUawTm8-yru what? What did you say about Phoenix? You should get on the webcams from the intranet and take a look at Phoenix, see if you see any construction.
it will take way longer than a year to finish both of those two other buildings. Look how long it took to complete building #1! Building #2 is barely started and they haven't even broken ground on building #3. I would say it will take about 3 more years to get both of them completely done. After all, we were told that whole thing would be a 7 year process. It may be somewhat less than that but certainly not 1 year.
Dallas Hub has been completed. Keep in mind that we lease space, and just because we have a certain number of employees doesn’t mean that’s the end goal.
Outsourcing, outsourcing and software implementation will shrink our our staffing needs, and need of space. HR was outsourced last year, Ad Services, L&D, U/W, Estimatics, Claims, are being reviewed.

They have renovated other buildings... just to sell them after...
They may be renovating right now, but there's no way Bloomington will retain its former stature for more than a decade. Bloomington is doomed to become like the rest of central illinois.
What about Dallas? They are keeping the Corporate building in Bloomington. Spending a ton of money renovating it right now.
Will any have a Corp tower making Bloomington just another hub?
Three more building be built in phoenix
Atlanta hub has one building finished and 2 more towers in process to be done in a year or so. Still has employees spread out in 6? Other leased buildings which will consolidate when new phases open. Hard to say how many ppl in total or if they’ll hire after the cuts happen. Anybody’s guess.
