For weeks and weeks we were told on this site Marketing Lead, Receiving Lead, Invoicing and PTC would be let go , "What Happened"? We are hearing nothing now! I'm glad we all still have our jobs.

it’s been 4 months so most have you should have figured it out but cake decorators and meat associates DID get a raise on top of the percentage everyone else did storewise.
Heard night differential was going away to help with the raises fresh associates are about to get. On front of the wire was also something about if fresh associates got some kind of certificate they could get between a 40-60% increase in pay.
FYI.. meat cutters and,cake decorators received a nice raise on top if 2% ,,, they re classified their titles... NO BS .. meat cutters make a dollar more than cake decorators..
Sam's Club no longer makes all their changes at the start of Q1. They wait until Q2 to do any non-real estate, non-salaried position changes.
Any and all future changes you will see will come down the pipe at the end of a quarter or the start of a new one.
Quarter one - starts Feb, ends the end of April
Quarter two - starts May, ends the end of July
Quarter three - starts August, ends the end of October
Quarter four - starts November, ends the end of January
Cake decorators and meat cutters got the same raise as everyone else. Stop your drama. Don’t believe me? The job classes have been updated and are on the wire. Cake decorators actually went down one level. It’s under compensation, pay plans, 3 level job codes. Get your crap straight before you spread hate!!

that's a bunch of BS if cake decorators and meat cutters get wage increases because it's skilled jobs....we for drivers have to get a license and we don't get extra and our is truly a skilled job....meat cutters and cake decorators don't have to have a license..........

i think they will make there next move after the YBM..I seriously dont believe they are done laying off and getting rid of positions
Marketing is happening for sure. Their responsiblities have diminished. Wake up!! They don't do layoffs back to back wait around 6 months and you will see the next phase.
It's still coming. Don't get too comfortable.
