DuPont will follow Tacoma out of Washington State; high minimum age and liberal sick leave policies mean that it will shut down much faster than originally planned and with equal short notice.

If you think you’re job is safe in a hub consider a rethink. Recommend all take on the Boy Scout motto always be prepared.

Yes, the morale in Auto Injury is at its lowest. Although low morale is widespread at the company and unfortunately, the company just does not care about morale. As a long time employee, this is the absolutely saddest thing I have see at this company.

Here we have a company that touts its flexibility to prospective employees but once they get onboard, they learn that there is no flexibility.

Of course the issue with time off raises the huge question: What is the point of giving employees time off if they aren't granted the time off?

All I've heard is that it's failing everywhere. Another epic failure. Everyone in the injury departments are completely miserable. Can't get time off and more work than they can do.
