It's not an " entry level " job ! If you're not a slammer or not liked you'll never get promoted even if you had jobs in the past in Retail Management with other companies and VZW. Experience means nothing ,with the crap that interviews you to get to the next level. I've known former "kiosk" supervisor s and assistant managers that performed their jobs for 10 years that cannot get a fair interview to get their old jobs back,Because as leaders they can lead a team, but cannot get the numbers as sales people because their background is in Management. If your location is closed by Verizon you'll never get your former position back ,its like having a" Scarlet letter" or a sign of weakness that you got demoted ! They believe you can't do your former job. They say the business has changed? Running a Retail store has changed? If it happens to you, just leave.
It's still a joke. Top rep in my store is only going to make an $850 check this month. That is $400 under target commission.

It’s also exit level. There is no advancement and the next job you got is going to be entry level. So s--- it up and take a pay cut now with a job that you might actually grow in.
No matter how you slice it and dice it the top reps who consistently make 3-4K commission checks will make far less. None of the trials favor hungry aggressive Solutions Specialists who are just ok making quota. I still look at it like this though, it's an entry level job where even mediocre reps are making 50k yearly with salary and commission. That's crazy! What's even crazier is that top reps are making 90-100k plus slinging cell phones . This is an entry level job!
this is garbage I’m making $2,500 less a month and the reps that s--- and barely try are loving life. I just received a job offer making $48,000 a year with no weekends and off by 3pm and no dumb a-- customers to deal with. Putting my two weeks in tomorrow.
