San Jose is super bloated too..too many useless VPS and Senior Directors...Get rid of them and get rid of half of the engineering/prod management/customer engineering/marketing staff...too many people doing nothing

Patel brought too many people from his old company (broadcom) who are mostly useless. They should be cut first !
No need to layoff. Patel will stress out his team so much that they will get heart attack and run away.
Bay area team will be all gone this time for sure. That's already known.
