Respect and thank the Molinas? They walked away with $42m after being fired. Do you think they set up a fund with some of that unearned severence to help the impacted employees from project nickel? No, instead John Molina buys the Breakers Hotel in Long Beach for $30+m and commits another $60+m to recinstruction costs. Look it up in the LB Business Journal or Press Telegram. I’m not thanking them for anything as they lost sight of that mission you so loudly emphasize and instead we’re overcome with their own GREED. You can thank them if you want but outside of a few of their favorite pets, it’s misplaced so don’t be barking anyone else owes them a thing.

To be realistic, the Molina's are the people you all have to thank and respect. If it wasn't for their hard work, MISSION, vision, warm heart, they would have not succeeded in building such an empire (Fortune 200). Stop blaming people for your fails, jealousy and weaknesses. If you are all so miserable, LEAVE!!!! There are 1,000,000 companies on this earth where you can be employed at!

Anyone leading a business unit or molina era SVPs. Old culture with years of running the place into the ground with no accountability. They’re doing a good job of cleaning house but hopefully not over. I fear the board didn’t act soon enough in making the change from the Molina’s but if given a chance I’m hopeful the new team can salvage the company. Bon voyage, John.

Hopefully ridding ourselves of the last incompetent Molina isn’t too late to salvage what the father started and get the company running profitably again. Good riddance and take the rest of your buffoon friends that remain with you.
