Not true, however they did say last year that they would ask why the individual wants to come back and check why the individual left originally; in other words, ensuring that the disloyal aren't coming back. Once someone escaped, I don't know why they would want to return.

Not true had 2 guys quit last year (one had 10 years other think 2 years) they even tried giving them promos and a decent raise to keep them and they still left saying FU Honeywell/PMT and guess what the 2 guys are back and they gave them the promos and raises back when they left sure made moral go down more seeing this while others bust their arse while these 2 guys are not the best they are more the kiss arse type. And kicker sure they will be getting a decent raise this year too while a lot are not evening getting cost of living raises. Just unreal.

Not true. I know someone that quit several years ago and was hired back in the past 18 months and she is over 50. There are HR leaders in some businesses that will not bring candidates through the interview process that have quit, but it is not a HW policy.

Not true. They just hired back an employee they riff’d a year back, and this person is over 50.

Fat chance if you are over the age of 40. They want cheap new grads, not experienced people.
