fish rotten from the head. Aren't we all guilty of not fixing the rotten culture together? Here's few examples :
Instead of building collaborations, we build tribes. Instead of promote great managers and leaders, we put technical folks some with little managerial skills to manage....
Instead of true innovations that benefit customers, we do fake innovations with little to no value to customers.
Instead of get things done efficiently, we focus on building relationship and consensus -
Instead of writing code, we write ppt!

There are many great guys who do real work but also many guys not pulling their weight because they are working on 'cool' r and d secrete projects.
The list goes on.....

PJ the looter should never have had the top job; somehow because he had the board on his side he was able to ride the gravy train until the wreckage, which was too late to recover.
