Global Markets is wasting bank’s money!!!

The cost of hiring a new person (sign-on,guarantee bonus,higher salary) combined is almost 100k. When people quit, management should think if the team is overstaffed before hiring another person.

Yep, they want what they can't have! It's the power of the auction market. They would rather overpay for someone outside the company than move well qualified people within the company to other places within the company where they would be well utilized. People outside the company are obviously "better".

“Do not ask pay history” means Bank of America attracted lots of gold diggers because they know BAML will bid up insanely.
