This is confirmed. Names are being given to managers and they are being instructed to review the call scripts for an (another) RA that is imminent (within the next month). US cloud tech sales business unit (for one, possibly/probably others). No details on package/timing yet, to follow.

Regarding the comment about nothing happening the last time an RA was confirmed (just a couple of weeks ago)--things did happen. Several people on my team were let go. Sales.
Some big decisions in my organization are waiting until after the Think Conference. Maybe this is why.

All I know is that as a developer in Hybrid Cloud I've had my resume polished for the past couple weeks...

With what IBM plans on paying those mopes I see nobody but the customer suffering as usual.
