They are measuring property for Transportation Systems spin off. Trying to figure out how to have 2 separate companies in the same location. Honeywell trying to figure out how to get the most $$ they can from the deal. TS will be paying rent to stay in the building

They are doing the same thing for homes. Physical segmentation like a separate suite to rent out in the same building and segmenting out network and phone systems. Pretty typical for a spin off....
the last thing i heard was 10 -15 people or more will have to get location outside buidling...10 - 15 or less...segment. That may have changed to get a save.
I have also been told WFH is also an option....
