since yesterday I have seen a lot of farewell mails, mainly systems support and systems presales, some very well known and respected, from Germany, Spain and France. I would estimate roughly a minimum of 50 people, but could be much more.
I know that many systems presales and some systems sales have been offered an OD position, moving in one of the digital hub. refusing means you are out.
Layoffs sweeping across Oracle land. Because RB arrived as expected.
I know of one person who was waiting to retire and just got their package. They are now retired. They were part of fusion middleware on-premise stuff.

So, no FedEx notifications?
March 1st tomorrow, lots of money left in the budget for layoffs. Anyone getting FedEx notices?

It won't help the company. You can't just replace bodies with cheaper bodies. Experience and knowledge are important.
It's cheaper to outsource to india or china. Who needs a seasoned person in the USA?
We are all doomed.
Hang LE and TK by the balls. ;)
I think they are targeting old timers nearing retirement.
