Thread regarding Bank of America layoffs

Layoffs everywhere, all industries and sectors...

Name an industry and if you google it, you'll see they're having layoffs.

So, what about the media narrative that these are the "best economic times ever"?

Fake news, lies. Or would you like to try to reconcile that with more store closures in 2017 than any year in history? Including 2008/2009. And don't give me the Amazon narrative, since Amazon represents 4% of total retail sales.

Google any industry, any sector, and you'll see there's layoffs going on. And all kept hush hush by the media with very little exposure to the stories about them. They report it, but it sure doesn't get front page attention, that's why nobody knows until they get laid off.

There is no way anyone can control CORPORATE GREED. Yes, corporations have a responsibility to respond to their shareholders but, they have become greedy. They no longer care about the men on whose shoulders they ride.

Just like nothing was reported when Obama was running the show! Back then the economy was great at least if you weren't one of the many that were layed-off at the time!

With such low unempoloyment back then? Really?, you aren't counted as unemployed if you're not looking for a job. Thank goodness the fake picture that was reported back then didn't fool everyone!

The banks are just cleaning house right now with an excuse just like at any other time - a crash in the market is always a good time to get rid of those high paid employees that can be replaced with a bunch of cheap Indians that can kind of make do, but can they? I downloaded last years 10K report, interesting suff - revealing in many ways ...
