CDE, the Hubs, lease buybacks, and many other changes were implemented well before Tipsord took the helm. I'm not defending him either, but the timelines need to be realistic.

Tipsy needs to understand it’s not about it’s the customer. Failure is not accepatable.
Kenneth Lay in the making
For some reason I feel like he makes all the decisions there and the board just smiles and nods.
Unless the saying has changed to "the buck stops over there".... it's his fault.
Attended some conferences at Davos then the company goes all to hell.
The failed initiatives have Tipsy's fingerprints all over them. He knew CDE was a boondoggle but refused to back down even when it became obvious. Even if that wasn't true, the first rule of leadership: everything is your fault.
What?! You mean it would be wrong for me to use this service to send Tipsy a care package?

Trust me, Hoss. Tipsy gets 90% of the blame for this crap. And the people who shoulder the rest of the blame.. well, he gets the blame for their crap too.
I was thinking Gorilla P--p. No? Yes?
He was running SF long before Big Ed left. And Tipsy was the primary driver for many of the initiatives, especially that heap of cr@p, CDE.
it was all him... trust me.
Sorry. He was the primary driver of cde. I I remember the videos well... It's about the customer.... It was an accountant/attorney trying to have feelings and emotion. It's the reason why we are where we are today. Ed Rust was an insurance man. Tippy has no feelings. They no longer talk to each other.
The disgusting treatment of employees has taken place under his guard.
Ok, let's agree that 50% is on him.
Since the issue is sooooo huge, he's still a major culprit
