Corporate jet $2500-5000 per hour that’s millions of dollars a year wasted on a bunch of iworthless executives that give no real value to the clubs

I could reinvest and simplify a lot of things by grounding the corporate jets.

God knows how much money is wasted on that we could put back in the clubs with the member.

Gisel is not growth get real. She drove Walmart into the gutter and it had to be rescued by Judith McKenna. She is doing the same thing at Sam’s .

Wait, she could be growth of turnover, shrink, poor moral , unemployment, open manager jobs .

Good luck Sam’s club as long as she and the other leadership team is in place, Sam’s will continue to be a horrible place to work with excessive turnover, moral and reorganization yearly.

Not taking sides here, but I believe Gizel is of the "growth" mindset. Going further, she wants to know the issues and find the best solutions to them for the company to grow. If you talk to Gizel, maybe get to know her thought process, you would find she cannot fix all the problems at the same time, but prioritizes them in the interest of the company and direction from above. Off subject, here is some food for thought, what is going to happen when we manage to go paperless, jobs that have a lot of paper watch out! Believe it.

You will be fired for going over your club manager even in just an email. I've seen it before

They could careless what you have to say. They don’t care about you if your a manager as you are disposable. They use and abuse and when they are done, they will kick you to the curb. If you are a hourly, you are in even worse shape as the market managers don’t know you and get it from everyone..

Dont waste your time. Once you get out of the Walmart cult , you will find out that other companies actually care about their employees.. trust me your eyes will open and say, why didn’t I leave this sh--ty a-- company earlier.. it’s not better in the club .

Email. Anyone at Sam’s should be able to generate address on their email. More power to you if you wanna make a difference. Speak up if you believe it’s necessary. Whether they listen or not, you can only try.
