If one time, how is Qualcomm planning to meet the EPS stated in the CC. Without Opex savings and mega restructuring, no way to reach those numbers. Arent they supposed to revise the numbers to around $5 ?
Octane savings is 3 Bil. SM says 1 bil and then changes to 1.6 b in some other forum, need to stick to one number and show that he can make it happen.
