What to look for during this gloomy time, CMs will come home with bad news, the Marketing Dept will be offered a new possition or take severance packages. CM will start micro managing because to many complaints about MGRs sitting in offices doing nothing. PTC will replace Marketing but will be called Club Member Service Dept. They will spend a few hours a week calling coming up or expired members. There will be black clouds over orlando.

Wrong, if their job is eliminated, they can refuse another position and still leave with the severence.
Maybe we should stop paying all the managers to travel to Florida for a YBM that could be done over conference call or video.
Invest the money in the clubs.
