The constant layoffs and program changes/restructuring have clearly taken their toll on everyone. Obviously Humana has a plan although their communication s---s....what is the long term end game???

Not sure where you get this is round six since they only did one per quarter. My coach confirmed this fact. This is round 5.
I was laid off previously. Emails go out at 4:45 pm night before. Your mgr may reach out to you after meeting the next day, mgr also is in meeting. Vague answers from HR during layoff meeting with another meeting scheduled for you to talk about severence package. Good luck to all! Is the all PHC meeting canceled? Our coach is saying possibly, but hasn’t confirmed.
This is round 6. First round was February 2017
They will send a confidential email around 4:45.. normally happens on a Tuesday or Thursday... That is the only way you will be notified of a WFR or impact.

Listen you all are getting axed so s--- it up stay or go there is no loyality with these clowns f***ing you over is there mo my wife is torn up about it why not do class action it is form of hostile discrimination case da warren act there not your family they wouldnt spit down your throat you get it there tryin to take your family members off insurance and hide behind conserva it aint hard so get over it or move on thanx bye

PHC’s tell us what happens after your meeting please. HCM RN here and we were just sent a town hall meeting for the 18th. Included in the invite is a HR leader.
