For everyone trailing out a new commission plan comment about likes/ dislikes etc I know there are a few and would like to hear some perspective. So far I'm not a fan but it's still early

Why look on the vzwireless board when all the good info is here? Seeing it's all one big happy family now. Or, can't you figure that out with the limited union education you possess?
You're doing more? Exactly how are you doing more? You no longer process simple transactions such as disconnects, anything that isn't related to sales you push off and tell customers to call customer service even though you're technically supposed to handle it. You no longer assist customers with activating their phones, you hand them a piece of paper and tell them to do it themselves. You lie to me either sales, oh we'll waive the activation fees or upgrade fees, yet you don't issue a single credit. You bill obscene amounts in accessories to new customer accounts and tell them they can make payment arrangements over a 6 month period which they can't actually do. You wonder why people aren't going into the stores the buy the products they want? Because they have learned they can't trust you. If you actually sold with integrity and kept in mind what your customers actually need you wouldn't be struggling to meet your quotas.

Yeah the new commission structure is amazing. Nobody makes money anymore and paychecks continue to drop as quotas rise. Great system fantastic system. Mcadams and his cronies deserve their big fat raises and bonuses. All hail Verizon!
No, the prior system was crap and rewarded mediocrity. Time for reality now.
So because its a more competitive market its ok for you to have double/triple the workload and sell double/triple devices and make less? Are you a special kind of stupid?
You shouldn’t be ok with that and that shouldn’t be the expected norm. You think Lowell McAdam has taken a pay cut or his cronies? You think their bonuses have shrunk? No they’re still rewarding themselves fat checks off the backs of frontline workers who are lucky to even make a commission check. Its a piss poor system
But why does the working stiff have to take the reductions instead of the upper management driving this Titanic? They still get their muli million dollar paychecks.
We make less on each transaction now, so it's a no brainer. Everyone is doing more. What do you think you can ride the gravy train forever? Hello, open your eyes and see the competitive pressures all around us.
5 years ago it was easy to get 4-5k commission checks and you were selling less and doing less now 5 years later you’re selling double if not triple and doing more workload and making less. Its what we a call a s---er.
We've been experiencing pay cuts all year. I'm in northeast area, anyone hear if this will be trailed on the east coast?

Commission change = paycut. No matter how your manager or Dm explains it to you. They will lie to your face with a smile and day it’s not.
Not a fan. It's a pay cut for the majority. Plain and simple.
