It's interesting how the gap between WFM and other grocery chains has closed somewhat as far as pay and benefits. In the South Region they recently bumped up starting pay to $11.50, so it's only 50 cents more than Walmart lol. I remember when Whole Foods was paying $10 starting compared to Wal-Mart's $8.25. Still wasn't a huge difference but noticeably smaller gap these days than back then.
Um yes and closes 60 Sam’s stores.
