I've been a flex in cosmetics for a few years now. I work between 9-20 hours a week. Should I be worried?

You are getting paid less than regular associates and are picking up hours they advertise which is saving them more in the long run. Plus you are not getting any benefits so you are good

We all should be worried,very worried.
Everyone should be worried. Don’t ever think you’re safe with Macy’s. I don’t think flex is being impacted——but it all depends on your specific location. So don’t think you’re totally because we don’t know for sure. Good luck.
