Sam's Club Bonus Amount (Trump Bonus or Tax Cut Bonus) - January 2018

Bonus Amount Schedule:

Full and part-time hourly associates only.

  • 0-2 years: $0 if pay increased, $200 if no pay increase

  • 2-4 years: $250

  • 5-9 years: $300

  • 10-14 years: $400

  • 15-19 years: $750

  • 20+ years: $1000

Salaried as well as full and part-time hourly associates only.

  • Wage Increse: Starting wage rate for all U.S. hourly associates to $11, effective February 2018

  • Maternal Leave: 10 weeks of paid maternity leave

  • Paternal Leave: 6 weeks of paid parental leave

  • Adoption Assisance, $5,000 per child for each adopted child

Its all a bunch of mess , its sad to know this company that Mr.Walton built is going to the dogs .

Why is the Receiving lead going to nights ? That will make 2 leads over night ? Does anyone know anything else about overnight .

Think about it - if they gave this to 1 million people, if the average was $500 they just spent $500 million, since they will save on taxes, that's approximately $400 million spent on these bonuses. Now, since they will be saving TENS OF BILLIONS in tax savings, we still got almost nothing.

They should have given 10 times more to each employee, they would still spend only $4 billion and they would make some real difference. Now, after taxes, we'll get a hundred bucks, maybe two or three - it changes NOTING!!!!

So much for this bonus.
