I mean... They are ALREADY aren't they? The logistics of the personnel might change though.

@adi, yep, my boss has said the same thing about respect being too much, and added that people need to keep their mouth's shut and just do the work without asking questions. Let me tell you, this guy is the biggest D-bag ever. I'm shocked he hasn't been let go yet for his threats to people, especially to the women in our group. It's amazing that when these guys are feeling all bold and empowered how they will let the insults and demeaning language start flying.
That's correct, the tech support jobs are going to India. Remember when they brought in Cognizant Indians who were cheaper than keeping US Walmart Associates in those jobs? Now, they're moving the jobs to Walmart Associates in India and they'll be even cheaper than the Cognizant Indians. I'm sure this decision was made by Indian Sr. Directors or VPs..... I guess they gotta take care of their home boys.
JK is proud of sending jobs to India and putting Americans out of work. He gives the staff the middle finger when he sends out emails boasting of jetting to New York and Disney over the holiday season. Very few of the staff have this luxury. Some, like me, stayed at home caring for an ailing parent, wondering how to make ends meet if my jobs gets outsourced. JK said in a meeting that Walmart had gone too far in respect for the individual. It seams as though he has almost no respect for individuals in the rank and file.
The culture of Randy Mott and Kevin Turner are dead. No longer is ROI IT’s air supply, its a make the business side pay; hero syndrome with VP’s and mangers running scared to cover thier butts and remain relevant. No loyalty left, and the bonus, stock rewards for directors and up are obscene compared to what the store associates get. They say one thing but mean something else. Im sure ill be next, cant dodge the bullet forever, im getting too old for this.
