They WILL hire you if you are from Sam's. We had an associate go there a few months ago. Maybe because he had some friends working there. Regardless they only hire you in as a part time pretty much like the rest of the retail world. And Sam's refused his 2 week notice because he went to the competitor
Don't like hiring Sam's people? When the Costco came nearby they basically took half our crew.
@1ppf true, wife left Sam's 5 years ago, went to Costco. She's not the only one with Sam's experience (at her store)
Do not listen to the replays on here about Costco not hiring former Sam's Club associates. Sam's Club managers are trying to fill your heads with lies. I worked for Sam's Club for 6 years. I up and quit my job with them for Costco last year. So, Costco does hire former Sam's Club/ Walmart employees.
