If NXP acquisition goes thru. Bcom will not be keen & able to acquire new QC in. Predictable reasonable timeframe. QC shareholders meeting is in March. If the NXP thingy is done by Feb end.QC would have fended off the hostile takeover. Thats why

Why would Qualcomm acquiring NXP make any difference? In one year, Qualcomm wil be a business unit of Broadcom. Doesn‘t make a difference whether NXP is another business unit in the same company or not.
