NS is the perfect example of a company that doesn’t care for their employees.
Instead of having a work/life balance here it’s actually a case of work/work balance. We are expected to put the company’s needs above everything else, and somewhere along the line we lose whatever quality time we had to spend with family because of this.
No matter how high your salary becomes, it can never average out to the hours you spend giving everything you got and then being required to give even more.
Oh, and also, no matter how much sweat and blood you put in, don’t expect management to show any kind of appreciation for it. However, DO expect them to find any way to fire you if you screw up even once!
Sad but true situation that needs to change if they plan to keep any of their best workers.
