Thread regarding CVS layoffs

Honestly no one does these! I work in the pharmacy and all month I’ve had 2 drop. One was good and one was bad. So my over all score is terrible.

None of my customers do these. And I feel like a super lame pharmacist asking people to do them. Plus now that things have gone digital, we don’t even know who is getting them.

Plus none of my customers even use the app!

I downloaded the app and half the time it doesn’t even work. So what’s the point?

It’s so annoying how much weight CVS puts on these stupid surveys!

Most customers say thank you in the moment. Others bring us lunch, candy, thank you cards, etc. Customers don’t realize our jobs are literally hanging on for dear life based on these surveys. And I feel like a moron telling them how much CVS counts my score for my yearly review.

People expect good service so they don't do surveys . More incline to do surveys with bad service.

I feel you. Those surveys are worthless, and I agree nobody does them. The pressures of retail are ridiculous. I spend more time as an administrator/business manager than as a pharmacist.
