What role does WF oversee? I am not familiar with that COM.
Actually there was a special one for all HCM under COM WF today. It was mandatory for all nurses/coaches under her. It was very heavily hinted that changes are coming soon that we would not like. This meeting wasn't part of the wow events, it was specially organised for this one group only.
Agreed below poster. PHC here. I took it voluntarily a week or two ago. Figured it was something I needed to hear.
It is a wow event, the email from education connection was two weeks ago, it’s part of a series on mental and physical health, it isn’t mandatory...if you signed up, you got the invite to put it on your calendar....it is not related to layoffs, but like the take 10 emails we get at 2 pm everyday....someone’s coach signed up their whole team vs the person clicking the link to sign themselves up...

I felt like that meeting was the writing on the wall, but am surprised by how many walked away thinking that it was good. I'd love to be wrong about this though.
Almost seems cruel to tell people to prepare for impending stressful change and then just leave the hanging. I’m sure the intention was to help, but damn.
I’m still trying to figure out what the purpose was for this last minute mandatory meeting. Interesting how the chat questions regarding “what changes can we anticipate” and what “situation” were never addressed.

"Things s---, they are going to get worse. Please don't kill yourself, here's our suicide hotline number and other employee assistance programs. Again, please don't kill yourself over the coming changes."
May as well be an " embrace getting screwed over" meeting. They really know how to agitate people.

If you are HCM under com WF, she sent them out for all HCMs under her to participate in. They are supposed to be voluntary, but like everything she does, she has decided that they need to be mandatory.
These were resiliency trainings invites sent out in Dec. They were supposed to be totally voluntary and there were a few different times/days to choose from.
Sound like it may be an update on the organization.
HCM RN here......I have an invite for the meeting as well as my whole team. Meeting was scheduled for December, but postponed for tomorrow.
When is the meeting?
HCMSS here and no invite. If you registered for something in the past, there is sometimes a delay in having it added to your calendar (Lunch and Learn, WOW events, etc). Please keep us posted!
