Next on the chopping block will be our FCT. They will be eliminating/changing the job duties. The Fct will be a part time position, most fct have tech licenses and will be able to make up the hours inside the stores going foward starting March 1st. My FCT is an awesome tech and i will be giving her 25hours in pharmacy and she gets 15 hours for the FcT role. She is upset because she lost 2$ per hour from her current rate. And she has to work nights and weekends again. I didnt think cvs would keep chopping until i got the call from my fct crying. Walmarts hiring LOL

Not true in all areas
Fct job is the same just more stores or areas depending on where you live . Why do they have field training managers / they should be cut next / what exactly do they do for anyone ? Never in stores or assisting anyone just a few emails come out they get from Corp.
The field team in district is who they should report to - Fct are hard workers that are underutilized
