Wonder which one of our brilliant leaders decided to make it mandatory to schedule member calls instead of letting the system do that when most of us are very compliant with on time MOC calls? Obviously a TRUE micro manager who has never done the HCM job and couldn't do it on a bet! The micromanaging has driven many off us out of HAH! Needless to say looking for another job with limited micro managing.

We started scheduling with telemodularity
PHC here and we have been told to schedule calls since we started moving mbrs to monitored a few months ago. Makes it awfully hard to catch up and get to MOC calls with alerts, scheduled calls and inbound calls. Plus all the new mbrs we got after the last round of layoffs took place.
HCCP HCM RN. We've already been mandatory scheduling calls for a while now. It's not as bad as it seemed at first, best part is no more gazillion calls calling on Friday's.
As for the incentive program, the faq say we will know in July what it is. That's right...we are all working towards an incentive goal that we wont wven know is for half the year. It makes me lol when i think about it. Wanna bet whatever that incentive is by July it'll be impossible to meet? Oh I'm sure it'll be technically possible, but practically impossible.
Have not heard that it will be mandatory to schedule calls. Hccp hcm Rn here. Still following Moc at this point
So is B.B. income going to stay the same? I think not even though the Humana has been on a downward spiral since he took over . We have lost so many doctors in our network it is ridiculous .
I worry that whatever is coming needs incentives. Fingers crossed its just another benefit.
I read it as incentives were starting earlier than anticipated. However, coaches don't even know what that means so guessing it has to do with whatever this new direction brings.
Glad I wasn’t the only one confused by that email.
Just trying to absorb CEO BB email today. What a spin. Incentive will pay March 2019....over a year from now.. I thought salary increases were going to be beginning of every year. "Accelerated investments in technology and operational processes to reduce consumer and clinician friction points, increase engagements in health-related activities and increase productivity" I don't even know what that means.
What is the mandatorycall times?!? We have not heard of this yet. (HCMSS here)
Instead personal holidays...they should have allotted us 12 mental health days so we can regroup at least one day a month.
Let us know where you find it, please.
