Please show me that I want to do business with Oracle not because I need to do business with Oracle. There are many choices, I buy stuffs because I want to not because I need to. I have yet met a customer that likes doing business with Oracle. Yes, I am an employee and I have to deal with it everyday. Please Make Oracle Great Again!

Oracle Engineers are genuinely great at their jobs but they're surrounded by layers of sewage management. It stinks.
OP at least knows that Oracle in not great .........
Try to get out buddy before you are fired or eventually they make you a deadwood. If you are above 40, hurry up. You are on the radar.
Everyone knows our customers hate us. They only buy from us because they are locked in and it's more expensive to move. The number of new customers has been plummeting for a while.
Dream on, it’s not happening, nobody in exec mgmt who cares about customers, all they care is about getting a few more millions before they get out, SC to do politics, MH to run another company into the ground, LE to find yet another finance. Oracle’s customers are not even an afterthought to them.
