Typically Q2 is bad for Cisco that gives so called ELT an opportunity to shed extra fat so that their pockets get fat. I have been hearing rumblings about LR in SPBU. Please share if you have heard such rumors in your group. I think SPBU will see the large impact among all.

Some of the lower end managers are idiots! absolute idiots, they are terrible at the management of people! brought in and then promoted way beyond skill level!!
Undermanned and certainly underpaid, they have graduates doing work that should or needs to be done by senior engineers, but hey lets also outsource as much to India for profit and not give a frig to the customer CSAT, Oh, don't tell customers that it is someone halfway around the world doing the work, for a third of the price.
Unfortunately for some, All the really smart cookies are leaving or have left.
