@RhIw426-7sqq YES! You are spot on. But really, don't you think this is all about selling Molina membership? I mean...get rid of the Molina's and start doing your best to make the company a lean, profitable machine (aka make it pretty) to sell it to Humana, Anthem or some other healthcare giant...that makes sense. What people working at Molina think is that new leadership is in the process of making it a more sustainable organization. They want to think that so they can feel safe in their jobs, of course. Who doesn't want that? But the bigger picture should matter more. All signs point to decisions being made in the interest of short term profit and not to make the organization sustainable for the long run. That's got nothing to do with making the company healthy.....and so certainly hell in a gasoline basket in the form of short term profit increases in order to sell. THAT is the sad part of this epic story. Regardless of what the recent generation of Molina's did (good or bad - and there were more Molina's there than just John and Mario)....the sad part is the intention of C. David Molina is totally over and done with. Who suffers? The members will. The exact, under served population that C. David wanted to help. Unless.....unless the sale of those members to a larger company turns out to be good for them. Let's hope we see that happy ending for those members. If that is the case, the only losers in this story are the s---ers still working their behinds off for a company that is about to do a fade out.

That link says zip about what the loan is for so drawing conclusions that it’s to cover Molina bros. severance or to make Day-to-day expenses is a stretch not based on facts.

No, they don’t know what insider trading is. Probably the same person who keeps posting about bridge loans. No facts to back up stupid claims.

I guarantee no one posting on this site is an Insider... because you don't know what Insider trading is.

The individual who made the following statement must be one of the many incompetent leaders at Molina: “Complaining because the stock is at an all-time high? Would think you’d be happy that investors confidence has been renewed since the change in management. And the people he has “run off” were long overdue to get shown the door as they helped get us into the mess causing the 1,500+ layoffs.”

Anyone who has half a brain knows this company is headed to hell in a gasoline basket!!
